Customer Success Executive Appointment

Returnloads, part of Mandata Group, offers a warm welcome to the latest hire, Charlotte Milner. The Customer Success Executive is a newly created position within Returnloads to help with customer onboarding and give them a better experience whilst being a member of the platform.

Charlotte brings a wealth of experience from working with B2C and B2B clients with experience in dealing with businesses of different sizes and needs. Charlotte’s role will include overseeing the signing up process, ensuring customers are set up in their product immediately, so they have the ability to use the software as soon as possible and to it’s fullest extent.

We asked Charlotte if there was anything in particular, she’s looking forward to in her journey at Mandata. “It’s my mission to ensure our customers receive a sufficient amount of information to keep them in the loop with product updates, company changes or roadmap plans. I’m looking forward to helping customers have a pleasant, stress-free experience using Returnloads and ensure they’re getting what they need out of the software."
