K & H (Bakewell) Ltd are situated at Newhaven, nr Buxton on the A515 between Buxton and Ashbourne in Derbyshire. The Business is run from the Haulage depot at Newhaven and has been established since 1971.
The Haulage business ‘K & H Haulage’ has a fleet of 25 vehicles and 30 trailers comprising modern tippers, flatbeds and curtain-siders, both rigid and articulated, which can take loads from 1-30 tonnes for deliveries throughout the UK and Europe.
In addition, a fully accredited list of sub-contract hauliers are used to supplement the K & H fleet of vehicles and trailers.

A Stone Sales business under the name of ‘Pennine Paving’ is run from two sites – one at Newhaven and a further site in Bakewell, Derbyshire. This business was established in 1985 and supply new and reclaimed stone and other items including Gazebo’s, Stone Troughs and Paving, to a variety of end users.
The business also has the advantage of having stone masons on site, alongside the latest sawing and cutting equipment, to meet customer requirements.
There are extensive stocks held at the Newhaven depot which are sourced from within the UK and overseas, non-stock items can be sourced to meet customer delivery requirements at short notice.
In line with the planned expansion of the K & H Group, a more recent acquisition has been a Fuel Retail business now called ‘Newhaven Services’ which was on land next to the Haulage depot but is now part of the overall site. Further development of the site is under way and other acquisitions are under review.
