M25 junction 5
The clockwise M25 through junction 5 will be closed overnight for three nights from Monday 26 November between 10pm and 5am while work is carried out to improve the carriageway. Drivers will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route on the A21 and A25.
The entry link road to the clockwise M25 from the A21 and A25 will be closed overnight for three nights from Thursday 29 November. Drivers will be diverted onto the anti-clockwise M25, where they can turn around at junction 4.
The exit slip road from junction 5 of the M25 to the eastbound A25 will be closed overnight on Saturday 1 December between 10pm and 5am for carriageway repairs. Traffic will be diverted southbound on the A21 to Morley’s Roundabout, where drivers can turn around and approach the junction form the south.
M25 junction 7
The link road from the clockwise M25 to the northbound M23 will be closed overnight for four nights between 10pm and 5.30am from Monday 26 November for communications work. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via junction 8.
M25 junction 14
The anti-clockwise entry slip road from Heathrow Airport’s Terminal 5 will be closed overnight between 10pm and 5am on Wednesday 28 November for sign maintenance. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via the M4.
M25 junction 31
The clockwise entry slip road will be closed overnight between 10pm and 5am on Monday 26 November and on Saturday 1 December for structure maintenance. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via junction 30.
M1 junction 2
The northbound entry slip road will be closed overnight between 10pm and 5am on Tuesday 27 November for drainage work. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via the A1 and A41.
M11 junction 4
The link road from the southbound M11 to the westbound A406 will be closed overnight between 10pm and 5am for three nights from Monday 26 November for electrical work. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via the Redbridge roundabout.
M40 Junction 1a
The link road from the westbound M40 to the anti-clockwise M25 will be closed overnight between 10pm and 5am on Monday 26 November for drainage work. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via the M40 junction 2.
M26 Junction 2a
The westbound exit and entry slip roads will be closed overnight between 10pm and 6am for three nights from Thursday 29 November for road marking work. Drivers seeking to use the exit slip road will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via the M25 junction 6. Drivers seeking to use the entry slip road will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via the A20 and the M20 to junction 3 of the M25.
M20 – M26 Link road
The link road from the westbound M20 to the westbound M26 will be closed overnight between 10pm and 6am for three nights from Thursday 29 November for road marking work. On Friday night work will start at 11pm. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via the M20 to junction 3 of the M25.

The link road from the westbound A13 to the southbound A1089 will be closed overnight between 10pm and 5am on Monday 26 November and again for two nights from Thursday 29 November between 10pm and 5am for litter clearance. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via the A1012 junction.

The link road from the northbound A1089 to the westbound A13 will be closed overnight between 10pm and 5am on Thursday 29 November for litter clearance. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via A13’s junction with the A128.

The southbound entry slip road to the A1089 from the A126 will be closed overnight on Thursday 29 November between 10pm and 5am for litter clearance. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via the A126.

The southbound exit slip road from the A1089 to the A126 will be closed overnight on Friday 30 November between 11pm and 5am for litter clearance. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via the Dock Road roundabout.

When the west tunnel is closed, all traffic will be directed to use the east tunnel. When the east tunnel is closed, oversized vehicles will be directed to follow a fully signposted diversion route.
