Andrea Wood International was formed as a family business in 2005, the company started with 1 vehicle sub contracting from a UK haulier. We have now built the business up to an extent that we now turn over in excess of 3 million pounds per year.
Andrea Wood International is continuing to expand offering a flexible and cost effective services,able to operate 24 hours a day 7 days a week to suit customer requirements.
We now operate a large fleet of modern 44 ton tractor units
who pull our trailers, servicing our contracts throughout the UK.
We have daily services between Scotland and South Wales, Bristol,Devon,Dorset and Hampshire.
The company is currently running 35 curtain side trailers all with side access of 9ft 6inches and above but can supply any trailer that may be required. We have also added 10 new Montracon trailers to our trailer hire fleet.
We now have a number of flat stepframe trailers to accomodate customers whos freight simply won't fit on curtain side trailers.
All our vehicles and trailers are under 3 years old and maintained to the highest standards. The company uses the latest routing vehicle tracking technologies to ensure our clients’ needs are fulfilled. Also this year we ave kept our policy of vehicle renewal and added 2 new Volvo and 1 new Mercedes
Director David Kidd has been involved in haulage since 19, offering over 20 years of industry knowledge and expertise.
