Our vehicle was on site at 3-15pm(CELSA CASTLE WORKS) We were informed that loading could take upto 2hr.He was moved to several loading points but was never loaded,we had to pull out at 7.45pm due to his daily spreadover.Steve at ems did communicate upto 6pm saying that it was shift change 4-5pm after that the phone was dead. No compensation not HAPPY.
