EVTS was started in 1981 by Eric and Barbara Vallance as a general haulage company operating from premesis on the Poulton Industrial Estate where it is still based today. Their son Stephen joined the business in 1988.
The company diversified in 1997 when it became a founder member of a major pallet network,which distributes pallets throughout the UK overnight. It then further enhanced its operation in Jan 2009 acquiring shares in the Palletforce pallet network. Palletforce is renowned for being a market leading network committed to on time deliveries no matter what the cost and where the customer is always King.
The company now operates a modern fleet of 30 plus vehicles from 3.5 tonne vans to 44 tonne artics with a comprehensive fleet of 40 trailers.
