Johnson Haulage was formed in Seaton Ross, East Yorkshire by Neville Johnson with wife Betty pushing him all the way in 1977. Starting with just one truck; a dodge 4 wheeler transporting corn for a local company.
Within a few years and being old enough to drive, both sons were heavily involved in the company. After out growing the premises in the village it was time to move to a larger site, this was in the mid 90’s moving to a 10 acre site just outside the village. Continuing to expand and offer large areas of outside storage the company was getting well established.
Having always been involved in the farming industry concentrating on the movements of machinery, general and bulk haulage have always been key to our business.
