Warehousing
We own a seven and half acre site on the Boyatt Wood Industrial Estate in Eastleigh, Hampshire, which is ideally situated next to the M3 and M27 motorways, Southampton airport and port.
On site we can offer 4,000 racked pallet spaces as well as ground storage. As well as standard palletised goods we can handle crates, drums and fabrications. If you’ve got it we can store it! Many of our customers use our warehouses to support their operations as follows:
Finished goods storage prior to dispatch. We can in effect act as our customer’s dispatch bay thus saving space that can be used for manufacturing. We can consolidate palletised goods prior to final dispatch.
Component/raw material storage. We hold stock on behalf of manufacturers from overseas and throughout the UK from where it is not economic to ship small quantities or there are time constraints. This stock is then called off and delivered locally often on a just in time basis.
Overspill storage for manufacturers and distributors who require additional storage facilities on a short-term basis.
Dedicated lock up units.
Offices on short or long-term licences.
All goods are stored under UKWA Contract Conditions for Logistics. Our storage activities are backed by our warehouse management system, which allows online access and a wide range of stock management reports. We operate a bar code scanning system with wi-fi connected hand held devices in all warehouses.
This enables us to provide fast and accurate updates to stock control. Customers can view stock reports online or we can arrange interface links with customer systems as required. All designed to reduce paperwork and give more visibility and control.
