T Wilson and sons (Transport) Ltd was established in February 2022 after the Transport division was bought out by Len Wright Salads Ltd

Len Wright Salads Ltd (LWS), has acquired the transport division of T. Wilson & Sons (Farmers) Ltd, which originally commenced business in 1977. Going forward the transport business will trade as T Wilson & Sons (Transport) Ltd (TWS). This amalgamation of skills and experience will enable first-class transport services to be delivered to existing and new customers going forward into the future.
The business now operates at a new warehouse / distribution facility in Skelmersdale, close to M58 and other motorway networks. All existing members of the team at TWS will continue to deal with customers and service delivery, as before, under the leadership of MD Rob Wilson and Transport Manager, Tom Bridge. As ever, responsiveness to customer needs and valuing strong relationships will be at the heart of TWS, including looking for innovative ways to help customers stay ahead. Logistics also play a key part in the business of LWS, which has a deep and lengthy understanding of supply chain issues, which will help to build further the TWS offer.
LWS are delighted to be teaming up with T Wilson & Sons as we know from our own journey how important logistics are in the supply chain and their long experience in that sector, combined with our own, is a win-win situation for supplier and customers alike.
