2012 HGV and PSV Inspection Manual

Changes to the Consolidated Heavy Goods Vehicle and Passenger Service Vehicle inspection manuals will come into effect from 1 October 2012.
The changes are listed by section and page number in the revision section at the front of each inspection manual.
You can view these inspection manuals and the associated updates on the VOSA website.
Also on 1 October 2012 complete testing of conspicuity (visibility) markings will commence. The advisory period will come to an end and any defects which fail to meet the annual test standard will be failed.
