Weekly summary of roadworks for M25: Monday 3 December to Sunday 9 December

M25 junctions 5 to 6
Work continues to install the narrow lanes for the central reservation barrier upgrade on the M25 between junctions 5 (Sevenoaks) and 6 (Godstone) which is due to be completed in Spring 2013. Narrow lanes and a 50mph speed limit will be installed with a free recovery service in place operating 24 hours a day when preparations have completed. There will be overnight lane and slip road closures during the scheme.
M25 junction 9
The clockwise exit slip road will be closed overnight between 10pm and 5am on Monday 5 December for structure inspections. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via junction 10.
M25 junction 25
The anti-clockwise exit slip road will be closed overnight between 10pm and 5.30am for two nights from Monday 3 December for ground investigation work. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via junction 24.
M1 junctions 1 to 5
The northbound carriageway will be closed between junctions 1 and 5 overnight between 10pm and 5.30am, Monday to Friday, for 13 nights from Wednesday 5 December for structure maintenance. On Friday night work will start at 11pm. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via the A406, A41 and A1.
M1 junction 5
The northbound exit slip road will be closed overnight between 10pm and 5am for two nights from Monday 3 December for drainage work. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via junction 6.
M1 junction 2
The southbound exit slip road will be closed overnight between 10pm and 5am for two nights from Wednesday 5 December for drainage work. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via the A406, A41 to the A1.
A1(M) junctions 2 to 4
The northbound carriageway will be closed between junctions 2 and 4 overnight between 10pm and 5am for two nights from Thursday 6 December for tunnel maintenance. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via the A1001.
The southbound carriageway will be closed between junctions 4 and 2 overnight between 10pm and 5am for two nights from Saturday 8 December for tunnel maintenance. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via the A1001.
