we are about to open a little meatless fast-food restaurant in London. Because the kitchen will be really small, at the beginning of each month we will produce at home all the food that we will need for the month and store it frozen somewhere (that’s why I’m contacting you). Once a week we will then go to the storage place, and take the food that we will need to sell during the week. We need space to store 96kg of burger patties and 18kg of cheese (both of them plant-based). Can you please send me a quote for this service?
